Umi Pipik Highlights the Domestic Violence Case of Cut Intan Nabila Perpetrated by Her Husband, Mentions There are More Disturbing Videos

Kapanlagi.com - Pipik Dian Irawati, better known as Umi Pipik, also highlights the domestic violence (KDRT) case involving Cut Intan Nabila, allegedly perpetrated by her husband, Armor Toreador. Umi Pipik, who is the wife of the late Ustaz Jefri Al Buchori, revealed that the domestic violence incident did not occur just once.

"Yes, I just found out that it was not just once," said Umi Pipik when met in the area of Jalan Jendral Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta, on Sunday (25/8/2024).

According to Umi Pipik, there are still many videos showing more severe violence that have not been revealed. She stated that Cut Intan Nabila, who is a friend of her child, is a woman who may choose not to expose the issue.

"And in my opinion, Intan is a type of woman who maybe does not want to expose, does not want to cover up," she continued. Umi Pipik believes that Intan is trying to protect her husband's shame and cover up those shortcomings.

1. A Warning to Intan's Husband

However, there are times when someone reaches a point where they can no longer endure and finally express their suffering. Umi Pipik believes that this incident may be God's way of giving a warning to her husband.

"Perhaps this is God's way of giving a warning to her husband. There is a term istidrot, right? That means it has been postponed. So maybe all this time Intan has been experiencing such behavior for 5 years," she explained.

She also mentioned that Intan may have been silent and enduring all this time because her husband is still granted blessings by God. However, this warning arises as a reminder from God to awaken her husband to change.

2. Women Must Be Treated Well

Umi Pipik reminds that women in the view of the Qur'an are noble figures and not a calamity. "Moreover, women are mentioned in the Qur'an as noble. Women are not a calamity. Women do not become, oh I marry this one and it becomes a calamity. No. Women are noble, women are honorable, women are jewels," she asserted.

According to her, women should be treated well and respected. "So they must be cared for properly," said Umi Pipik. She condemned the acts of violence committed by Armor Toreador and emphasized that such actions are unacceptable.

"Yes, whoever it is. Not just this one man. But for everyone. For everyone that the woman who cares for you, accompanies you, is with you 24 hours is a trust from God," she added. Umi Pipik emphasized that women should be valued and treated with respect according to religious teachings.
