Undergo Examination Related to Allegations of Domestic Violence and Sexual Violence Cases, Former Wife of Rizal Djibran Answered 17 Questions

Kapanlagi.com - Former wife of Rizal Djibran, Sarah, recently underwent examination at the Jakarta Metro Police on Thursday (3/8/2023). She was examined regarding her report against Rizal Djibran for allegations of domestic violence and sexual violence.

There were 17 questions asked by the investigators to Sarah. Of course, they were related to the allegations of domestic violence and sexual violence she experienced. In addition, the investigators also examined the witnesses presented by Sarah, namely her driver and former house assistant.

"Earlier (questions) to Sarah were about 17 questions. Then followed by witnesses from Sarah's side. Basically, the questions were just to clarify the answers from the investigation process. They were essentially the same, with only one or two additional questions to clarify," said Tris Haryanto, Sarah's legal representative, at the Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday (3/8/2023).

1. Inspection Goes Smoothly

Sarah is grateful that the inspection process went smoothly. Sarah mentioned that the two witnesses knew what she had experienced as Rizal Djibran's wife.

"Yes, they saw some of what I reported at the beginning, such as physical violence. Like my first report," said Sarah.

Then, Tris stated that his client's report had advanced to the investigation stage. According to Tris Haryanto, this indicates indications of alleged domestic violence and sexual violence experienced by his client.

"If the first one has advanced to the investigation, it means that there are indications of actions being taken," said Tris Haryanto.

2. Still Under Investigation

On that occasion, Tris stated that Sarah was also examined for her report against Rizal for another matter. So, according to Tris, the examination was conducted after being examined regarding the alleged cases of domestic violence and sexual violence. It is known that Sarah also filed a police report against Rizal for alleged false reports on July 10, 2023.

"Afterwards, we moved to the Jatanras unit, and we examined Sarah as a witness for her second report, false complaints, defamation, and slander. Still in the clarification stage of the investigation," concluded Tris Haryanto.
