"If we decide to seriously focus on one field, we will definitely be leading a group of other people. So, we must be truly committed because we are creating job opportunities," said Ayu Dewi when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta some time ago.

"We must maximize what we can give, give and take, so we must pay attention because they have agreed to work with us, so we must give them their rights," she continued.

2. Prioritize Employee Rights

Furthermore, Ayu Dewi admitted that she always prioritizes the rights of the employees who help her create content. Especially in a pandemic like now, many people have lost their livelihoods.

"If I receive blessings that I think should be able to cover expenses, including employee salaries. Don't let it be that if there is no work, the employees cannot receive their salaries, so it's better for me to not be able to go on vacation, not be able to buy things, rather than the employees not having any salary," she said.
