Well, even though the financial condition is difficult, it doesn't make Jordi forget to donate. He still does various good deeds, such as donating 1,000 packages of Geprek Bensu menu per day for a full month to medical personnel at several hospitals in Jakarta.

"This assistance is nothing compared to the sacrifice of medical personnel treating those affected by Covid. They are isolated when they leave the hospital because they carry the virus, they can't go home, and they also experience psychological stress. If they are not helped, they could starve inside," said Jordi.

2. A Message from the Mother that Jordi Onsu Always Remembers

Reflecting on the message from his mother, Jordi believes that his fortune will return someday. Therefore, he continues to do good deeds despite the difficult circumstances.

"It is the duty of humans to seek charity, while angels record it. The happiness of others is our happiness. Don't let your sweat at home be repaid with tears. Your life will surely fall apart. That's the advice from my mother that I always remember," added Ruben Onsu's younger brother.

Jordi and his older brother actually wanted to establish a charity foundation to help others. However, their intention was rejected by their mother. Why?

"My mother refused when I offered to create a charity foundation. She prefers to donate directly from her own hands. One day, we traveled from Jakarta to Bogor, stopping at every station to give money to street musicians and beggars," he recalled.

3. Going Down the Streets to Distribute Food

For the past 3 months, Jordi and his employees have been distributing food for free at several locations in the capital city and Tangerang. It is not uncommon for the TENDANGAN DARI LANGIT film actor to personally go down to the field to help distribute the aid.

"We put up a sign, people passing by take the food. There is a sense of gratitude when I personally go down to distribute the food. For me, charity is a form of gratitude," Jordi concluded.
