Kapanlagi.com - A mourning atmosphere envelops the family of Uya Kuya. His father, Nararya Sutrasno, passed away on Wednesday morning, October 30, 2024. The burial will take place on the same day at Al Azhar Memorial, Karawang, West Java.
This farewell moment feels heavy, especially for Uya Kuya's children who are far away in America. Uya’s two children, Nino and Cinta, who are currently in America, could only say their last goodbye through video call.
"Yes, Cinta and Nino were able to video call, they can't possibly come back here because he passed away at 10 o'clock and was immediately buried today," said Uya Kuya at Al Azhar Memorial, Karawang, West Java, Wednesday (30/10/2024).

Uya stated that he had to calm his children who wanted to come home. He explained that the burial process would be done soon, making it difficult for them to catch up with the time.
"The kids want to come here, I told them not to, they just got here two days ago, that’s why I said don’t come," he said.

"The kids had a video call when their grandfather was being wrapped in the shroud, yes they saw it through the video call," Astrid added.
Previously, Uya had brought his father to stay in his apartment in America for a month. One of the reasons Uya's father wanted to return home was his love for the plants in the yard, especially his grapevine.

Uya hopes that his father will be more comfortable, but it turns out Nararya is more longing to go home. His father's desire to be close to nature makes Uya unable to force him to stay in the apartment.
"Yesterday when I just got back from America, my father stayed in my apartment for a month, but he couldn't stand it and wanted to go home, because at his house there is a grapevine, he still enjoys gardening," said Uya.

Uya's worries are actually quite significant, considering that his father and mother live alone at home, only accompanied by a housekeeper.
"I'm worried because he is at home only with my mother, and the maid. I would prefer if he lived in the apartment, but he can't leave the grapevine," concluded Uya.
