The abortion process was undergone by the victim by purchasing medication online using a pseudonym. After taking the medication with a soda drink, the victim experienced heavy bleeding.

"Then the victim's child bought the abortion medicine using the pseudonym Alexa and asked a witness to pick it up and buy it with the brand. Then the witness handed over the abortion," he said.

"And by the victim's child, the medicine was immediately taken and consumed with sprite by us and one minute later the victim's child experienced stomach pain, felt cramps, fell asleep, and expelled fresh blood according to the victim's child's confession," he continued.

What is more burdensome, the judge revealed that during the second abortion attempt, Vadel directly witnessed the process until the fetus was expelled. The defendant saw the fetus, which was already fully formed like a baby.

"For the first abortion, the defendant only saw the blood that was left on the victim's child after the bleeding. For the second abortion, the defendant only knew after a large doll-like fetus was expelled and it was already fully formed like a good child," he said.

Previously, Vadel was also found guilty in the first indictment, namely for committing sexual intercourse with a minor using deception. He promised to marry the victim to facilitate his actions.

"The defendant persuaded the victim's child by expressing a strong liking for her, saying he wanted to seriously establish a relationship with her and then also promised to marry her, which in the opinion of the panel of judges, constitutes deception and a series of lies to seduce the victim's child into engaging in sexual intercourse," he explained.

"Then the victim's child bought the abortion pills under the alias Alexa and asked a witness to pick them up and purchase them under that brand. The witness then handed over the abortion pills," he said.
