Vadel Badjideh Allegedly Forced Lolly to Have an Abortion, Police Reveal Reasons for 20-Day Detention

Vadel Badjideh has officially been named a suspect in the alleged molestation and abortion case involving Lolly, the child of Nikita Mirzani. The South Jakarta Metro Police revealed that this designation is based on the latest statements that strengthen the evidence in the case.

Currently, the police are still completing the files and gathering all evidence before the case is submitted to court. Acting Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Nurma Dewi, emphasized that various statements are being collected to clarify this case.

"For that, it is clear that it has been suspected several times that it was done by VA. For the time being, we are still gathering all the evidence and statements to complete the existing file," said Nurma at the South Jakarta Police, Friday (14/2/2025).

Previously, Vadel was examined as a witness. However, the latest statements obtained by the police eventually became a strong basis for declaring him a suspect.

"We will definitely gather everything. Clearly, we will combine everything to clarify the existing case," said Nurma.

In addition, the evidence obtained also became a key factor in establishing Vadel's suspect status. "It goes back to the fact that all statements to clarify the existing case will definitely be gathered. Therefore, the evidence is clear, from witness statements and then from expert statements, that clarifies it," he explained.

After officially becoming a suspect, Vadel is now detained for the next 20 days. This detention is carried out to support further investigation processes and to ensure that the case files can be completed promptly.

"Yes, for the time being, we have established the detention. It has been issued for the next 20 days, and that is being done to gather everything and complete the files," explained Nurma.
