Kapanlagi.com - Razman Nasution along with the father of Vadel Badjideh, officially reported Nikita Mirzani to the South Jakarta Police on Monday night (10/7/2024). According to Razman, the report is a response to the actions taken by Nikita Mirzani.
"Tonight we also report, and this is solely why we brought it here because my report and Mr. Umar's report are part of a series made by Nikita Mirzani," said Razman Nasution at the South Jakarta Police, Monday (10/7/2024).
In his report, Razman referred to the ITE Law Article 27 paragraph 3 regarding defamation. He also mentioned that there will likely be further developments during the investigation process.
"It was officially opened earlier, the LP still refers to the ITE Law and electronic transactions article 27 paragraph 3. Later in our examination, we are confident there will be further developments and we have just received new data related to Mr. Badjideh's family that we will explain," he explained.
Razman also sent a strong message to Nikita Mirzani, who is currently abroad for a vacation. He urged Nikita not to complicate the situation and add to the existing problems.
"Our principle, the team and Mr. Badjideh's family, is 'enough NM, you are supposedly on vacation in the Land of the Rising Sun'. If you are on vacation, don't chatter to avoid adding more problems. Just enjoy your vacation," said Razman.
Razman also explained that the legal threat for this violation is quite serious. He mentioned that the penalty for defamation cases according to the reported article is four years in prison.
Razman added that this case could develop like the previous case involving Vadel, where the initially charged article was one, but it expanded to more as further investigations were conducted. Â
"One article, regarding 27 paragraph 3, defamation. Later, it may be seen in the development. For example, yesterday, Vadel when reported, how many articles? There were. 76D," he said.
"When called for clarification requests, the articles increased. So there are six articles. At that time, perhaps, after being examined, the reporter found evidence, it increased. It will also be like this," he concluded. Â
