Vadel Badjideh's Side Prepares 'Angel' Witness Against Nikita Mirzani

The legal dispute between Vadel Badjideh and Nikita Mirzani, the mother of Lolly, has entered a new and increasingly intense chapter. Not only is there a battle of evidence in the courtroom, but a psychological war outside the trial is also unavoidable. Vadel's side now claims to have prepared a serious counterattack.

Oya Abdul Malik, the legal counsel for Vadel Badjideh, stated that they are very ready to present witnesses who will lighten their client's case. This was revealed after undergoing a session with the agenda of hearing expert witness testimony from the Public Prosecutor (JPU).Ā

With full confidence, Oya asserted that the preparations to present witnesses from his side are well underway. He mentioned that there will be about four to five witnesses presented in the upcoming trial."It has been prepared. We are very ready," Oya emphasized at the South Jakarta District Court on Wednesday (23/7/2025).

When asked for more details about who the witnesses are, Oya was still reluctant to reveal them. However, he assured that there would be expert witnesses and threw out a sentence filled with high optimism, as if nothing could hinder their proof.

"There will be. The number of people might be 4-5, we'll see later. (Expert witnesses?) Of course. If we want to bring witnesses from angels, we can," he joked.

On the other hand, Oya also highlighted the opposing party, which he believes often reveals closed trial facts to the public. He expressed regret over this and questioned how the other side could know the details of the trial.

"I’ll ask back, has anyone ever seen him in the courtroom? So, what is known is which room the trial is in. Maybe he has a trial in a different room," he sneered.

With a more relaxed yet sharp tone, Oya also conveyed a special message to Nikita Mirzani's legal counsel. He suggested that the opposing party take enough rest so they can discuss more clearly.

"The message is to get enough sleep so that the conversation is pleasant," he said."Let's chat so it will be nice," he concluded with a smile.
