The two younger siblings of Vicky Prasetyo reported are identified by the initials NG and BP. They are suspected of sending statements that are considered degrading to Fangfang's dignity and directly attacking her personal condition.

Fangfang stated that the police report was filed not merely out of anger, but to create a deterrent effect and to provide a lesson on how to communicate well in digital spaces. She hopes that this process will proceed according to the applicable legal provisions.

Fangfang's attorney, Emmanuel Alvino, outlined several statements that are the main issues. He stated that these words are considered degrading and were made when his client was in a sensitive condition nearing childbirth.

"Who wouldn't be traumatized? Nine months pregnant with one dilation not covered, plus being called 'cheap human', 'poor', 'unemployed', right?" said Fangfang's attorney, Emmanuel Alvino.

Legally, the legal counsel explained that the report refers to the provisions of minor insults in the new Criminal Code. "Article 436 carries a threat of 6 months with a fine of around 10 million rupiah," explained Rosalinda, another legal counsel.
