Victims Submit Evidence of Video Anies Baswedan Allegedly Exploited by Olivia Nathania Regarding Fake CPNS Case

Kapanlagi.com - The victims of Olivia Nathania regarding the fake civil servant case again visited the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday (10/11). They submitted additional evidence, one of which was a video of the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan which was allegedly used by Nia Daniaty's child to deceive the victims.

"We are submitting additional evidence, which we have not yet conveyed to the investigators, a video that uses a photo of Anies Baswedan, then we provide evidence of transfers to the investigators," said Odie Hudiyanto, the legal representative of Olivia Nathania's victims.

"We also provide evidence in the form of agreements between Oi (Olivia) and the victims, as well as photos," he continued. Odie then mentioned the obstacles faced by the police in this case.

"The obstacle is that Oi always postpones the examination, this is the third time, so that the police have not conducted a case hearing, even though everyone mentioned by Oi in the examination record has been summoned," explained Odie Hudiyanto.

1. To Convince the Victims

Odie Hudiyanto explained that the video of Anies Baswedan was taken by Olivia Nathania from a zoom meeting to convince the victims.

"They took it from a zoom meeting, so it became like a cut, but it's clear that Mr. Anies Baswedan is speaking, even though there is no sound. It means that Mr. Anies' video was taken at that time and shown to the victims of the fake CPNS," said Odie Hudiyanto.

"It's as if and actually she invited someone to the BKD in the City Hall, she looked for a moment when there was a PPKM event, so when she went there, it was closed," he continued.

2. Hope to be Designated as a Suspect

The victims also hope that Olivia Nathania will be immediately designated as a suspect. They no longer want to wait for the development of this case.

"We are just waiting for Oi's arrival to be examined and asking the police to immediately determine who the suspect is so that it is clear in this case. Don't confuse people for too long. The most important thing for us is," he concluded.
