Vidi Aldiano's Party Speaks Out, Asserts They Have Won 3 Times Against Keenan Nasution

In response to this, Yakup Hasibuan emphasized that at the first-instance court, the lawsuit from Keenan's side was actually rejected. Moreover, he mentioned that there were three separate lawsuits, all of which were won by Vidi and his father, Harry Kiss.

"As the legal representatives of the late Vidi Aldiano and Mr. Harry Kiss, we have won 3 separate lawsuits filed by Mr. Keenan Nasution, which were decided at the Central Jakarta Commercial Court on November 19, 2025," said Yakup Hasibuan when contacted by the media on Thursday (19/03/2026).

According to him, this victory serves as strong evidence that the allegations directed at Vidi and his father have been unfounded.

"This proves that their lawsuit is baseless and not in accordance with the existing legal facts, because in fact, the late Vidi and Mr. Harry Kiss have never committed any violations," he added.

Although feeling on top of the world, Vidi's side still respects the cassation steps taken by Keenan Nasution. However, they are very confident that the Supreme Court will reject the lawsuit again.

"Although, as our legal counsel, we believe that the cassation will be rejected by the Supreme Court because the lawsuit is indeed baseless, fabricated, and not in accordance with the existing legal facts," asserted Yakup.

Now, the family can only surrender while continuing to monitor the ongoing legal process. They hope that justice can be upheld to clear the good name of the late Vidi Aldiano.

"In principle, we will continue to oversee this case so that justice can be upheld. And please pray for the family of the deceased to continue to be given health, strength, and comfort," he concluded.
