Virgoun's Side Denies Allegations of Forcibly Taking Children from Inara Rusli

The child custody conflict between Virgoun and Inara Rusli has intensified following allegations of forced taking by the musician. This has become a report submitted to the National Commission for Child Protection. However, Virgoun's side, through his attorney Andy Santika, quickly clarified the news by stating that the children are currently in a good condition and feel calm with their father.

Andy Santika stated that they are not yet fully aware of the details of the "forcible taking" allegations made by Inara Rusli's side. He emphasized that the truth regarding this matter will only be revealed after an official clarification process before the authorities. Until now, Virgoun claims that his children do not feel pressured under his care.

"As for the forced taking, we still don't know anything about it. That's why the National Commission on Child Protection invited us for clarification; we don't know if it was taken by force or if it was really the children's wish, we also don't know," said Andy in the Cinere area, Tuesday (3/2/2026).

Based on the information Andy received from Virgoun, their three children appeared to enjoy their time with their father. Virgoun is trying to provide a calming atmosphere for the children amidst the ongoing turmoil of their parents' household.

"If yesterday, based on our client's admission, the children feel comfortable, you know, with their father, that's how it is," he said.

Regarding the issue of communication access closure complained about by Inara Rusli, Andy Santika chose not to comment too much. He admitted that he has not received detailed information from his client regarding the matter.

"Oh, as for that, I haven't received any information from Virgoun about it yet. So maybe I will get all the answers and certainty after the clarification next week," he said.

Even though Andy does not know in detail about the children's daily conditions at the moment, he firmly holds onto the information from his client that the children are in a protected position.

"As for now, I also don't know exactly what the children are like. But as far as I know, from what I've heard from Virgoun, the children are currently comfortable," he concluded.
