Actress and social media influencer Erika Carlina has finally shown her seriousness in pursuing legal action related to the threat she experienced. Therefore, she visited Polda Metro Jaya on Thursday (24/7/2025).

The star of the film Pabrik Gula explained that her agenda this time was to submit additional evidence and present witnesses. She emphasized that the threats received were very dangerous for the fetus she is carrying.

"I just came to continue the legal process that is already underway. To provide evidence of the threats that are dangerous to my fetus, and there are witnesses who are very willing to testify as one of those in the group," said Erika Carlina at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday (24/7/2025).

This legal step was forced upon Erika after the privacy of her pregnancy, which she had kept tightly guarded for 9 months, was leaked along with threats. She felt she had no choice but to speak out and seek protection for the safety of her unborn child.

"The chronology is that I have indeed been hiding my pregnancy for these 9 months. But because of these threats, I have no choice but to speak up for my fetus, which is why I am taking legal action," she explained.

To strengthen her report, Erika did not come empty-handed. She brought key witnesses directly from a group of 500 people, where the threats were believed to have originated."There are two witnesses from that group of 500 people," she revealed.

Erika also confirmed that the person she reported is DJ Panda. She mentioned that the DJ has provided clarification, but that was done after this legal process began.

"According to the clarification he provided yesterday, yes, he has admitted that there were indeed threats. But since this legal process is already underway, his clarification came after the legal proceedings had started," she added.

When asked about the possibility of a settlement, Erika admitted she could not decide yet. She chose to follow all existing legal procedures first."I will see about that later, because he has to come here first. I am just following the legal process," she said.
