Kapanlagi.com - Thursday afternoon yesterday (9/2/2021), actress Shandy Aulia was seen visiting the building of the Directorate of General Crime of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police. She didn't come alone, she came accompanied by renowned lawyer Sandy Arifin.
When asked about the purpose of Shandy's visit to the place, this mother of one refused to speak much. She entrusted Sandy as her friend to explain what they have been doing.
"We're still talking, consulting (with the police). For now, that's it," said Sandy when asked by the media.
When asked if the consultation was related to a report by a nurse named Laura Aprilya Bakkara, Sandy did not deny it. However, he denied that the consultation was an attempt to report Laura back.
"We haven't discussed that yet, not yet (reporting Laura). Waiting for her (Shandy's) decision first," Sandy explained.
Sandy Arifin accompanied Shandy Aulia only as a friend and has not been appointed as a legal representative considering that this case was previously handled by Hotman Paris. As a friend, Sandy suggested to Shandy Aulia to resolve it through family discussion.
"If it can still be resolved amicably, it would be better. If it were my client, I would first suggest mediation, consultation. So that it can be resolved quickly," said Sandy.
As previously known, Laura Aprilya Bakkara reported Shandy Aulia on August 27, 2021, on suspicion of committing defamation. Laura's report is listed with case number LP/B/514/VII/2021/SPKT/Bareskrim Polri.
Through her legal representative, Rinto Maha, Laura is said to not want to reconcile because she is deeply hurt by Shandy's actions. "No (mediation), continue the legal process, the door of forgiveness is closed," said Rinto firmly when contacted recently.
