Kapanlagi.com - Fuji Utami accompanied by his lawyer, Sandy Arifin, returned to the West Jakarta Metro Police regarding his report against his former manager who allegedly embezzled his money.
"Today's agenda includes additional testimony and additional evidence," said Sandy Arifin at the West Jakarta Metro Police on Monday (25/9/2023).
According to Sandy, the police have acted quickly. In addition to requesting additional testimony from Fuji, investigators have also questioned several witnesses, including Fuji's management.
"Earlier, Fuji's management was also questioned this afternoon, but today specifically, we are focusing on strengthening the legal construction regarding the report," said Sandy Arifin.

When asked about the additional information provided by Fuji to the investigator, Sandy refused to disclose it because it is confidential. "It cannot be explained, let the police handle it. The contents of the BAP are confidential, the main point is that Fuji has provided the statement to the investigator and also submitted some additional evidence and witnesses that need to be added," said Sandy Arifin.
"If we provide evidence like a capture, incoming transfers from the product, it will be sharpened and clarified," he continued.
As is known, Fuji Utami reported her former manager to the West Jakarta Metro Police on Thursday (7/9/2023) for alleged embezzlement as stated in Articles 372, 374, and 378 of the Criminal Code.
Currently, the Fuji case is still being handled by the police and the former manager has not been named as a suspect. Fuji wants her former manager to be held accountable for his actions and for her to receive justice.
