Wardatina Mawa Firmly Divorces Insanul Fahmi, Refuses to be in a Polygamous Relationship

"Yes, essentially Mawa will still get a divorce. It's just that the timing is not yet confirmed, as she is still undergoing the process at the police headquarters," said Dharma when met in the Tomang area, West Jakarta, Friday (01/09/2026).

Although the divorce petition has not been officially registered at the Religious Court, Mawa's intention is firm. Currently, her main focus is to complete the police report regarding the alleged adultery involving her husband and Inara Rusli at the Metro Jaya Police first.

The legal representative also dismissed rumors that Mawa has cut off communication with Insanul. According to Dharma, communication via text message (WhatsApp) is still ongoing, especially regarding the interests of their children.

However, Mawa wants Insanul's good intentions to be demonstrated through real actions, not just sweet words in the media. He challenges Insanul to bravely meet his family in person if he is indeed serious about resolving the issue or apologizing. "If there is indeed good intention from brother Insanul, then please just come, he will surely be received well. Come to Mawa, come to his family, he will definitely be received well," said Dharma.

Until now, the meeting has not taken place, so Mawa believes that the seriousness of the opposing party still needs to be questioned. Mawa's firm stance has received full support from his family.

The background of this divorce was triggered by allegations of infidelity which then led to a marriage without permission. Mawa feels betrayed and chooses the path of separation as the best solution for himself.

Mawa hopes that the legal process at the police can be completed soon so that he can move on to the next stage, which is to officially handle the divorce and reorganize his life.
