The family of Didi's first wife prepared a grave in the TPU of Mejasem Village, Kendal District, Ngawi Regency. Before the body arrived, some relatives had already arrived at the funeral home and sat at a distance to avoid the corona virus.

The body of Didi Kempot was buried in a cemetery complex with the comedian Srimulat, who is his older brother, Mamik Podang.

"So later the body will be brought to the funeral home in Sumber Solo. Mohammad Asirii (45), a resident of Mejasem Village, Kendal District, Ngawi Regency, said that Didi Kempot's family wanted the body to be buried in his own child's grave in Mejasem Village.

"Didi Kempot has a deceased child buried in my village. The name of the deceased child is Lintang Ayu Tyas Prastri," said Asirii to Liputan6.com, Tuesday (5/5/2020).

As reported by Jatimnow.com, Didi Kempot is known to have 3 children from Saputri, his first wife. The first child, Lintang, passed away at the age of 6 months.

5. Also the Second Wife's Request

Another consideration is to move the burial location because Yan Velia, Didi Kempot's second wife, wants the body to be closer to their child. "To be close to their child and also because his wife is originally from Mejasem Village," he said.
