Having already tasted the excitement of the entertainment world, Doctor Iqhbal does not forget his obligation to complete his internship at Bhakti Wira Tamtama Hospital, Semarang - Central Java.
It has been observed that since February 2025, he has been assigned to the ER. Dr. Iqhbal admitted that he has handled patients who came with various complaints, ranging from heart attacks, strokes, to hypertension.
Interestingly, despite being so busy, he still manages to provide education to netizens through his content. He offers education about diabetes and tips for dieting during the fasting month.
He often goes live on TikTok as well. During those moments, many patients consult him, including about complaints of difficulty sleeping.
Occasionally, Dr. Iqhbal also shares stories about cases he faces. He once encountered a patient who fell from a bed and injured his temple. The patient's temple had to be stitched up.
There are also patients who complain of numbness and pain only in the left leg, making it difficult to walk. Both patients have high blood pressure but are reluctant to take the hypertension medication prescribed by the doctor.
It wasn't just that time he encountered 'stubborn' patients. Dr. Iqhbal has also provided education on the dangers of smoking, but the patients still refuse to reduce their smoking.
