Through her personal Instagram, Cita Citata reveals the autoimmune disease she has been suffering from for several years. The cause is none other than her lifestyle.
"You may know a lot from the media, that I have a disease called autoimmune. And the main cause of autoimmune is my personal mistake," she said.
One of Cita's lifestyle as an artist is injecting various chemicals, such as vitamin injections to whitening injections.
Because of the chemicals that enter her body, it eventually triggers the emergence of autoimmune disease in herself.
"The mistake is my wrong lifestyle. I often inject vitamin C, chemicals, whitening injections, and so on," said this 29-year-old woman.
Regretting what she had done before, Cita Citata did various things, one of which was therapy to treat her illness.
In the past year, Cita has undergone therapy and acupuncture to heal herself. And slowly, she began to improve.
And now, Cita Citata or Cita Rahayu prefers natural vitamins rather than chemical vitamins. She also no longer does whitening or whitening injections.
