Agung Rescued by Judges, Soca Eliminated in Top 24 Group 2 LIDA 2020

Kapanlagi.com - The competition in Liga Dangdut Indonesia (LIDA) 2020 is getting tougher. Although all provincial ambassadors have given their best performances, the host has to announce one participant who has to be eliminated with a heavy heart.

Last night, Tuesday (17/3), four provincial ambassadors who competed to advance to the next round were Soca (Lampung), Agung (Bengkulu), Ila (South Sulawesi), and Janna (West Papua).

1. Soca's Impressive Performance

In the competition of Top 24 Group 2 LIDA 2020, it was Soca's turn, the ambassador of Lampung province, to leave the LIDA 2020 stage. Soca, who works as an art teacher, performed impressively in singing the song titled Sunyi.

His performance even received four standing ovations and positive comments from the judges. "Overall, Dede really likes his performance. He used vocal techniques but it didn't disappear. It was perfect. Congratulations to Soca, the teacher. Hopefully, his performances will always be like this, always at the maximum level," praised Lesti.

Unfortunately, Soca's impressive performance did not receive much support from the viewers. The final SMS polling results showed that Soca received 17.96 percent of the votes.

2. Assessment Results

The same thing happened to Agung. Although praised by the jury and receiving five standing ovations for his performance, Agung achieved the lowest SMS score, which is 13.33 percent. However, Agung was lucky. He was saved by the jury consisting of Soimah, Nassar, Lesti, Fildan, and Eko Tjandra.

Meanwhile, Ila and Janna had good luck. Although they did not receive a standing ovation for their performances, they received a lot of support from the audience.

Ila achieved the highest score, which is 36.90 percent, and Janna achieved a score of 31.81 percent. Therefore, Ila, Janna, and Agung are eligible to advance to the next round.
