The divorce petition was registered on April 15, 2026, under case number 1690/Pdt.G/2026/PA.BW at the Banyuwangi Religious Court.

According to KapanLagi.com from Radar Banyuwangi on Thursday, April 30, 2026, Suliyana received legal assistance from her attorney, Moh. Firdaus. Meanwhile, Dio Arli Rahadi was represented by attorney Moh Iqbal.
Speculation about the breakdown of the marriage arose earlier after they no longer followed each other on Instagram and the husband's absence at their daughter's birthday party.
Suliyana is one of the dangdut singers from Banyuwangi who caught attention with several hit songs such as Welas Hang Ring Kene, Tutupe Wirang, Tau Tatu, and Bohoso Moto.
