The 6 academicians who successfully made it to the Top 6 are Maharani (Serang), Owan (Boalemo), Sahril (Buton) Eca (Makassar), Madhani (Serdang Bedagai), and Novia (Serang) who have been divided into two groups. The Top 6 concert last night was lively with the presence of several D'Academy Asia champions who accompanied the academicians' performances in the Top 6. Starting the Top 6 round competition, Maharani (Serang), Owan (Boalemo), and Sahril (Buton) who are in group 1 gave their best performances together with Weni Wen (Champion of D'Academy Asia 2), Faul Gayo (Champion of D'Academy Asia 5), and Danang Pradana Divea (Champion of D'Academy Asia 1).

Being the first to open the competition, Owan (Boalemo) performed the song Jalan Datar with Faul Gayo, which touched the hearts of the audience. However, unfortunately, Owan had to be satisfied with only two standing ovations given by Dewi Perssik and Denada as the jury board. According to Dewi Perssik, Owan's collaboration with Faul Gayo was very synergistic between each other. "Owan's collaboration in terms of vocal techniques can already match Faul Gayo, who is already known for his vocal techniques. I hope you can still survive on the D'Academy 6 stage," Dewi hoped.

On the other hand, Soimah felt disappointed with Owan's performance last night, according to her, Owan's performance was not responsible as an academician who has reached the Top 6 round. "Tonight I feel like you are inconsistent with your dreams at the beginning of the competition to become the champion of D'Academy 6 this year. Your performance tonight is quite impressive but not optimal, there are some parts where you sing out of tempo, causing those good things to fade in my eyes," Soimah firmly stated.

1. Maharani (Serang) Must Be Eliminated from the Stage of D'Academy 6

Impressive collaboration was also performed by Maharani (Serang) with Weni Wen who sang the song of the champion of D'Academy Asia 2, Weni Wen titled Engkaulah Takdirku. Not in vain, their performance managed to earn three standing ovations from the jury. According to Denada, Weni Wen is a female singer with extraordinary vocal quality and Maharani managed to bring a new color to Weni Wen's song. Unfortunately, once again Soimah did not give a standing ovation for Maharani's performance.

"As I have mentioned to Owan before, I feel that your performance should be more than what you showed tonight, because by entering this round you still haven't given something different from your previous performances, moreover, in my opinion, you still lack confidence in dueting with Weni Wen," said Soimah.

The final results of the polling for D'Academy 6 Top 6 Concert group 1 last night placed Owan (Boalemo) in the top position with 36.33 percent, followed by Sahril (Buton) with 32.20 percent, and in the final position was occupied by Maharani (Serang) with 31.47 percent. Thus, Maharani has to stop her journey on the D'Academy 6 stage.

2. Sahril (Buton) Feels Lack of Confidence Because the Number of Supporters is Not as Many as Other Academia

Not much different from Maharani, Sahril (Buton) who duets with Danang Pradana Divea had to be satisfied with three standing ovations from the jury, except for Soimah. Soimah considered Sahril's performance to still lack confidence.

"I see that your gaze is not focused on the audience, you look down more, whereas you should have interaction with the audience and the jury in the studio, so I feel that this is not your best performance," explained Soimah.

Danang, who was Sahril's duet partner last night, revealed their conversation shortly before performing, where Sahril felt insecure when he saw that his supporters were not as many as other academia.
