Via Vallen admitted that she used to steal while ngamen in the past. Because, her father strongly opposed what Via was doing at that time. Like any other father, they didn't want to see Via Vallen ngamen on the streets.

"My father was angry because his child was not allowed to ngamen at the red light. But once you've experienced the pleasure of earning your own money, you end up stealing and still ngamen," she said.
