Photo Wearing a Veil Sparks Controversy, Ega Noviantika Draws Lessons and Affirms Not Wearing a Niqab Yet

Kapanlagi.com - Dangdut singer from Dangdut Academy, Ega Noviantika posted a photo of herself wearing a niqab or veil on her personal Instagram account. Ega's post apparently has sparked controversy in the online world. Some support her, while others don't.

In response to the pros and cons, Ega is not too concerned. She will filter various comments to be valuable lessons for future social media posts.

1. Take Lessons

Although many have given negative comments, Ega tries to take good lessons from this. She doesn't pay attention to the bad comments and filters the positive ones.

"I just take it as a learning experience, I mean with the pros and cons they express their own opinions, for me, I only take the positive ones," said Ega through a WhatsApp message to KapanLagi.com.

2. Not Wearing a Veil Yet

According to Ega, she has not worn a veil as her dress identity until now. The post wearing a veil at that time was her way of expressing gratitude to a relative who gave her the clothing.  

"The one I wore yesterday was given by a friend, so I wore it and posted it as a sign of my gratitude. As for now, I haven't worn a veil, I'm still learning to wear it properly," explained Ega.
