Content Creators Icha Chellow and Mala Agatha Reported for Pornography Case

Content creators Icha Chellow and Mala Agatha have been reported in connection with alleged pornography. Both were reported by the Community Organization (Ormas) Yakuza Maneges Malang to the Malang City Police, Monday (13/7).

"We came bringing a written public complaint (Dumas) against individuals who are suspected, the first being Icha Cello alias Icha Cahyani, and the second Mala Agata alias Lian Samala along with their creative team. We report this in relation to pornography, such as videos that have circulated related to song parodies," asserted Mochammad Zakki, Legal Team of Yakuza Manages Malang, at the Malang City Police Headquarters, Monday (13/7).

The report by the Yakuza Maneges team to the Malang City Police, Zacky emphasized, is a form of public participation regarding behavior that is suspected to be inappropriate for public consumption. Therefore, they felt compelled to report the alleged offenders.

"In our opinion, this is an undesirable act, a behavior that should not be emulated and it contains elements of pornography," he asserted.

Icha Chellow and Mala Agatha sang the song 'Gapapa' which was once popularized by Anisa Bahar. The lyrics of the song were altered from the original to be very vulgar. The Yakuza team reported Icha Chellow and Mala Agatha along with the Creative Team under Article 34 in conjunction with Article 8, Article 36 in conjunction with Article 10 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.

Zacky also responded to the parties of Icha Chellow and Mala Agatha who have taken down the video. He believes that these two dangdut singers have been 'overly creative' and have done so repeatedly. Therefore, it is considered that it does not affect his intention to report their actions.

"This is what becomes interesting, does the takedown and apology nullify the criminal charges? It does not. Moreover, this person named Ica Celo has done this multiple times. What does that mean? She does not have self-awareness that there are moral sanctions that arise in society," he said.

The music video that circulated features a dangdut song sung by Icha Chellow and Mala Agatha. Both are dressed and dancing sexy. One of the lyrics goes, 'If I get laid, it's fine, if I get pregnant, it's fine, if I get cheated on, if I get used, it's fine.' "There's that song, 'not sodok not sodok', now they say 'I'm Ready to Be Used'. What kind of creativity is that? We can't let that happen. If we allow that, our children will imitate that behavior, and we need to stop this," he expressed.

Meanwhile, regarding the reason for the report being made in Malang City, Zacky emphasized that the entire community has a stake in the incident. "Coincidentally, our office address or base camp is in Malang. Yes, we have parents in Malang, so why would we report it to Pasuruan," he asserted.
