Dewi Perssik admits that she froze her egg cells. She did this so that when she gets married again, the egg cells will be ready to be fertilized. As we know, the singer who is familiarly called Depe has been married three times and failed.

Dewi Perssik underwent the egg freezing procedure in early March.
She preserved her egg cells when she was young, hoping they would still be in good condition when needed in the future when she is married and wants to have children.
"I store my eggs in a hospital that I trust. It's like if someday I get married and want to have a baby at an older age, I just need to mix it (with sperm) so it can become a baby," said Depe, met in the Kapten Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Thursday (13/6/2024)
Dewi Perssik explained that her uterus is in a healthy condition. That's why she can undergo the procedure to retrieve the eggs and store them.
"One of the requirements is not having cysts, the uterus must be in a healthy condition, and thank God, Allah made the operation go smoothly," said Depe.
"At first, I was injected up to ten times for ten days to make my eggs grow. Once they were big enough, they were picked up and selected. Thank God, there are seven eggs left to be fertilized," said the owner of the chainsaw dance.Â
Dewi Perssik further revealed that she did not feel any harmful effects before and after undergoing the egg freezing procedure. However, her weight did increase by a few kilograms during the injections.
"There were no negative effects, thank God. But I did gain four kilograms of weight. Injecting myself for ten days made me crave food," she said.
