Mutia Putri, affectionately known as Mutia, became one of the most enthusiastic stars in the Mega Concert D'Academy 7 The Champions. This event, broadcast live on Indosiar, served as a reunion and a proof of quality for the winners.
Meticulous preparations have been made by Mutia to not disappoint the audience. She admitted to being very enthusiastic because she could share the same stage with her idols who are now her seniors in the music industry.
"Alhamdulillah the preparations are very exciting today as I will gather withthe amazing senior brothers and sisters. I will definitely be very impressed with their performances," said Mutia when met at Studio Emtek City, West Jakarta, Monday (8/6/2026).
In this big concert, Mutia is scheduled to perform several special songs. One of the moments she looks forward to the most is the opportunity to collaborate with one of the legendary champions of the Dangdut Academy.
Mutia revealed that she will duet with Evi Masamba, a singer with a very strong vocal. This is certainly a challenge as well as a great honor for Mutia's music career moving forward.
"This time I will sing three songs. Where will it be, Miss? Who will I duet with... with Kak Evi Masamba," explained Mutia.
Although feeling quite tense, Mutia felt very comfortable because of the friendliness shown by the seniors. She felt there was no distance between herself as a newcomer and the champions from previous seasons.
"As for the champions, I am grateful to have met all of them and I am thankful to know them too. And they are all very humble people, they are truly the best seniors," she said.
The Mega Concert D'Academy 7 The Champions was enlivened by a lineup of champions and stars from the talent search event Indosiar, such as Evi Masamba, Fildan, Ighbal, Owan, Melly Lee, as well as the finalists of D'Academy 7 (DA7) including Andi Syaqirah, Valen, April, Arbil, Mila, Ferdi, Yusuf, and Zahra.
