Farel won 1st place in the adhan competition held by his school. The adhan competition was organized to celebrate the Maulid of Prophet Muhammad SAW, which falls at the beginning of September 2025.

Through a caption from Rais Simpson, the manager who also funds Farel's school, he mentioned that Farel used his beautiful voice as a capital to win the adhan competition.

Farel is a child born to non-Muslim parents. However, there are some family members who are Muslim.

On a previous occasion, Farel told KapanLagi.com reporters the reasons for his move to Jakarta. Farel feels that the atmosphere in Jakarta gives him a different vibe or energy. He admits to gaining many valuable new experiences since living and studying in this center of the entertainment industry in the country.

"You could say that (a new chapter). It really feels like studying in Jakarta gives you the vibes, like, yeah, the enthusiasm is there, and also, how should I put it, the new experiences are there too," he explained.

5. No Difficulty Making Close Friends

Although it hasn't been long, Farel admits he already has a few close friends at school. He has no trouble socializing, and some of his friends already recognize him as a singer.

"Not many, but there are a few who can be considered close," said Farel.
