Father of Dangdut Singer Nassar Sungkar Passes Away Due to Heart Disease, Never Complained Despite Two Blockages

Kapanlagi.com - Sad news came from the family of dangdut singer Nassar Sungkar. His father, Ahmad Hasan Sungkar, passed away at the age of 67 on Friday morning (29/3/2024) at 01:20 AM WIB.

The cause of Nassar's father's death was heart disease. The disease was only discovered by his children when their father felt weak and was immediately taken to the hospital.

"Yesterday, after breaking the fast with his friends, Abah stumbled in the bathroom. He said he felt weak. He was taken to the hospital, and it turned out that there was a blockage that required a stent to be inserted," said Nassar when met at his residence in Bogor, West Java.

1. Just Found Out About Heart Blockage

During the installation of the stent, Nassar was informed by the hospital that his father had experienced heart blockage twice. He was surprised because his father had never complained about it.

"So Dad has a heart condition and there is blockage on the left and back. It's been a long time. We just found out yesterday that it has been blocked for a long time," said Nassar.

"Dad is the type who never talks about being sick. If there are any complaints or anything, 'Ah, no,' if asked to go to the doctor 'Ah, no,' always like that. We, the children, tend to be talkative. It always ends up getting annoyed or angry, let's get treated when we're sick, get checked regularly. After all, a sick person cannot be predicted," added Nassar.

2. Visited Before Passing Away

After undergoing the stent procedure, on Thursday night (28/3/2024), Nassar visited his father and had a long conversation. He did not expect that after a few hours of returning to the apartment, he received the news of his father's passing.

"I visited him that night. We still had time to talk, sit, eat, and joke around. Finally, I went back to Jakarta, and around two o'clock in the morning, someone told me, 'Please be patient, your father has passed away,'" said Nassar.
