"Today, in this online hearing conducted remotely, our client Nita Thalia as the plaintiff in the case number 2005 of the North Jakarta Religious Court has been granted," said Ferryawansyah when contacted by phone on Wednesday (23/12).

"This means that what was presented and claimed by the defendants was not granted at all," he added.

1. Unproven Accusations

Ferryawansyah said that the singer of the song Goyang Heboh is grateful that the divorce is finally official. Not only that, Nita Thalia is also happy because the accusations from Nurdin Rudythia have also been proven to be unproven.

"We are very grateful that the allegations made by the opposing party have not been proven, and since the lawsuit has been granted today and the case is over, the divorce is official and there will be no further hearings," he said.

2. Officially Divorced

As is known, Nita Thalia filed for divorce in the North Jakarta Religious Court on September 25, 2020. Nita Thalia married Nurdin Rudythia, who is her manager and already has a wife, on August 27, 2000.

During the divorce process, it heated up because Nita Thalia's adopted sister, Seny Ameliya, got involved. She claimed that Nurdin Rudythia only used Nita Thalia for personal gain when they got married, and Seny Ameliya also accused Nurdin Rudythia's family of benefiting from Nita Thalia's work.
