This case prompted the wife of Adam Suseno to begin reviewing the records of employees who had previously worked with her. As a result, several other violations were found that also harmed her business in large amounts.

"Actually, there are several people who left recently, my employees who cheated money a few years ago. Finally, we opened the records of who left recently, last month, last year, a few years ago, and all of that was searched. And it turned out, there were those who cheated 100 million, and some others as well. So, well, it's a learning experience too," said Inul when met at the Trans TV Studio, Tendean, South Jakarta, Thursday (21/11/2024).

As a businesswoman who has been involved in the karaoke industry for 19 years, Inul admits she is no stranger to various challenges. She also understands how to deal with significant losses and unexpected incidents.

"I've been in the karaoke world for 19 years, and there are many challenges that I have to face. I don't mean to say this lightly, but what happened in Manado where many people died, that's a risk I have to face. That's how business is," she said.

The owner of the popular song "Goyang Ngebor" also mentioned that losing a large amount of money is not new in the business world. However, for her, it is still disappointing when the violations are committed by people she trusts.

“When talking about lost money, it’s not bragging, like for example if our outlet invests several billion and suddenly becomes quiet. Losing money is already common, no problem,” said Inul.

3. Feeling Betrayed

However, the theft case committed by this former employee feels heavier because the perpetrator had worked with her for a long time and is not from an outsourcing company. This makes Inul feel betrayed.

"But this is an employee who was given a job opportunity, and this is not from outsourcing, he has been with me for a long time. Yeah wes, in the end, that trust was violated. Yeah wes," she said.

This bitter experience has become a significant lesson for Inul in managing her business. She hopes similar incidents do not happen again and continues to strive to maintain trust and professionalism among her employees.
