Ratu Pargoy Tells the Story of Friendship Between Former Lovers in Her Second Single 'Bestie'

Reflecting on this fact, the girl group Ratu Pargoy immediately took the initiative to release their second single with the same title; Bestie.

As the title suggests, the latest song from Ratu Pargoy tells the story of friendship. However, the friendship discussed is quite unusual, namely between a pair of ex-lovers, which as we know, is quite rare in real life.

In their second single, Bella Nova, Vita Alvia, Jihan Audy, Shinta Gisul and Mala Agatha still maintain the DJ remix genre. However, to be a little different, they added a new touch to their second single.

"To be different, we added lead-instrumental voice trends that are currently popular. And the vocal arrangement is divided according to each vocal character," explained Bella Nova.

If listened carefully, Bestie is quite different from Ratu Pargoy's first single. If the previous cheerful atmosphere was clearly felt, this time Ratu Pargoy tried a more mellow format.

But don't be mistaken, the mellow atmosphere is only felt in the lyrics of the song. Meanwhile, for the music arrangement, the DJ Remix wrap makes the music sound even more cheerful.

"Of course, it's packaged with cheerful music, even though the lyrics are sad, you can still dance when listening to the song," said Bella Nova.

The members of Ratu Pargoy revealed that they did not have any difficulty in singing Don Kinol's song. It's understandable since all of them have a lot of experience. Meanwhile, their chemistry, which has been established since the beginning of Ratu Pargoy, has helped them a lot.

"Since this song is a continuation of our previous song and our friendship has developed well, both in terms of collaboration and personal relationships," said Bella.

However, it doesn't mean that everything went smoothly. As usual, scheduling five people who have their own busy lives is not easy. This has been a challenge since the formation of the group. Moreover, their different domiciles also posed a challenge for Ratu Pargoy in completing this single.
