Sabrina's Favorite Food, Willing to Stop on the Road for a Bowl of Meatballs

Dike Sabrina shares stories about her culinary habits. This young dangdut singer admits to having a favorite food that is hard to resist amidst her busy performance schedule.

In a casual chat with the KapanLagi team at the Trending Building, Kediri, on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, Dike Sabrina discussed her favorite foods, preferred flavors, and experiences tasting local cuisine while performing out of town. She also revealed a unique habit she always practices when traveling.

As a singer who frequently travels between cities, Dike Sabrina admits to being quite selective about certain foods. However, there is one dish that always manages to make her willing to stop in the middle of her journey. Let's check it out in detail!

Dike Sabrina admitted that she can never resist street-side meatballs. Even on long journeys, she is willing to pull over for a bowl of warm meatballs. "Meatballs. Even on the road. There are street vendors selling meatballs by the roadside. I'd rather pull over. Buy meatballs first. After that, continue the journey," she revealed.

Dike Sabrina stated that she can eat meatballs up to five times a day. According to her, meatballs are always the best comfort food. This beautiful dangdut singer turns out not to be too fond of fried foods like mendoan or weci.

She feels that oily foods are not suitable for her. Nevertheless, Dike Sabrina still finds it hard to resist fried dumplings as a complement to meatballs. That combination is said to be the most delicious.

"I don't really care for fried snacks. But if it's meatballs, I could eat them five times a day. I don't really like fried snacks, but if it's fried dumplings for meatballs, I'm all in. But the other ones, you know... What is it? Tempe mendoan. And then like... Tofu with filling. Weci. That has a lot of oil, you know. That's how it is," said Dike.

Besides meatballs, Dike Sabrina recently fell in love with the fresh sambal typical of Lampung, which has a unique taste when performing in the region last January.

"The sambal is fresh sambal. The sambal still has the chili and tomato raw. Not fried yet. Then what is it? They use tomatoes that are like cherry tomatoes but not cherry tomatoes. But it's really good. So good. There's nothing like it here. Nothing the same. It's delicious in Lampung. The sambal is delicious. I don't know. I forgot the name," reminisced Dike.

Dike Sabrina also admitted that she prefers spicy food over sweet. However, she still limits the level of spiciness to avoid stomach aches. "I choose spicy. If the spiciness is still normal, it’s fine (until I get a stomach ache). But if I can't handle it anymore and I push myself, it will definitely make me cramps," she said.

Although she doesn't have any specific food restrictions, Dike Sabrina always brings plain water wherever she goes to keep her body fresh and fit.

"There's nothing. I'm just really into plain water. So I have to have plain water wherever I go. That's it," concluded Dike.
