Ria Ricis brings news about the progress of her new residence being built in the Cilandak area. The house, which has been built over a long process, is now almost ready for full occupancy.

Ricis's decision to move is not without reason. She wants to be independent and have her own residence with Moana, considering they have been living with her mother in Kebagusan all this time.

"Actually, it’s also a farewell. Because if we are given a long life, and if we are blessed with enough fortune, we want to move to this house. Because this is also Moana's house. If we are in Kebagusan, we are still staying with my mother," said Ria Ricis when met in the Cilandak area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (27/5/2026).

The process of building this luxury house took quite a long time due to the structural renovations. Ricis chose to dismantle the old building to adjust to her needs and desires.

"How long did the process take, I forgot. Over two years. Over two years," said Ricis.

Although the physical structure of the building is almost complete, Ricis cannot yet confirm a specific date to start settling in. This is because there are still some furnishings and interiors that have not been fully installed in the rooms.

"I don't know for sure. Because right now it's raining outside, so some interiors or some things that are being worked on can't be dried or exposed to rain or anything, I also don't understand many things," she said.

Moana is reported to be very happy with her new prospective home, especially because of the complete play facilities available.

The YouTuber even joked by saying that the facilities could save the budget for taking Moana out to play.

"She has already played in the playground upstairs. There are two playgrounds up there. She has been going back and forth in the playground. So it seems that the budget for the playground has thankfully decreased, now she just plays at home," said Ricis.
