Kapanlagi.com - The dangdut singer Saipul Jamil has once again caused a stir on social media. The former husband of Dewi Perssik is suspected of committing sexual harassment against a man via video call. Regarding this matter, Saipul Jamil's legal counsel, Raja Simanjuntak, speaks out.
"Yes, the incident has indeed been very shocking," said Raja Simanjuntak when contacted by reporters on Sunday (4/8/2024).
Raja Simanjuntak explained that after the video went viral, Saipul Jamil immediately communicated with his legal team. However, Raja requested that Saipul Jamil not respond to anything regarding the viral video.
"Yes, basically, there is communication with me. I just said, don't respond first, let's just see for now," he said.

The king did not explain in detail regarding the viral video. He only said that the person who made the video call had communicated with Saipul Jamil
"Initially, that person contacted Saipul Jamil's team. From there, they communicated for a few days. But for the details, let's just wait, I will convey it later," he concluded.

The video of alleged sexual harassment committed by Saipul Jamil went viral starting from a post by the account hushwatch.id. In that account, the person suspected to be the victim spoke up about how it all began until the harassment occurred.
The victim claimed to have been asked to take off their pants during the video call session and was confused about why they were asked to do so.
