Soon to be a Widow, Meggy Wulandari: No More Homewrecker Nicknames

Kapanlagi.com - Meggy Wulandari hopes that her divorce process with comedian Kiwil will end soon. After this, she will bear the status of a widow with three children. Certainly, this is not something to be proud of. But this is a journey of life that she must go through.

"I'm not proud, no woman dreams of becoming a widow. Since I was a child, my dream was to be like a princess with a prince on a horse who brings happiness in body and soul," said Meggy Wulandari when met at the Religious Court of Cibinog, Bogor, on Monday (29/6).

"But it is the destiny that I have to experience, so I just have to enjoy it. As for future problems, Allah will determine what will happen to me, so I can only pray to Allah for the best outcome," she continued.

1. Already Three Months Supporting Her Children on Her Own

Because they have already separated religiously. For the past three months, Meggy Wulandari has been supporting her three children on her own. Therefore, she is now just waiting for the court's decision.

"If I'm not mistaken, according to my religion, I am already legally divorced because it has been three months and Mas Kiwil has already stated through WhatsApp that he agrees for us to live separately, according to what we choose," said Meggy Wulandari.

"Why do I always claim that I am a widow? It's been three months that I have been supporting my children (on my own). So, I am a widow. I just need the confirmation from the government that I am a widow," she continued.

2. Relieved to No Longer Be Labeled as a Home Wrecker

As is known, Meggy Wulandari is the second wife of Kiwil. After the divorce, she is relieved because she is no longer labeled as a home wrecker.

"Yes, it's just a burden lifted off, actually, because I am no longer labeled as a home wrecker," she concluded.
