In her personal message, Kate revealed that she feels relieved and grateful to share this good news after going through a difficult time.
She also thanked everyone who has supported her during her journey against this illness.
"It is a relief because I am now in remission and I remain focused on recovery," said Kate, who was accompanied by her husband, Prince William, at the Royal Marsden Hospital, United Kingdom, as quoted by CNN Indonesia.
Kate also expressed her gratitude to The Royal Marsden for taking such good care of her over the past year.
"A huge thank you to everyone who has walked alongside William and me as we went through everything. We couldn't ask for more. The care we received while I was a patient was truly amazing," she concluded.
