8 Actors From Beby Tsabina to Onadio Leonardo Look for Film Scenarios Through the Star Script Hunt Competition

Kapanlagi.com - Only a few weeks after announcing the winners of the Script Hunt competition, Falcon Pictures production house, in collaboration with Kwikku, is once again holding a search for stories for the big screen. Previously involving seven directors, this time they are partnering with eight well-known Indonesian actors.

The eight individuals are Vino G Bastian, Adipati Dolken, Beby Tsabina, Salshabilla Adriani, Onadio Leonardo, Aurora Ribero, Mawar De Jongh and Bryan Domani. In addition to acting as judges in selecting the preferred screenplay, they will also star in the film based on the chosen screenplay.

1. Psychological Thriller Genre

In a press conference via Zoom on Monday (14/12/2020), some of the actors chosen as judges revealed the type of material they would select. For example, Onadio Leonardo wants to be involved in a film based on a true story, while Aurora Ribero wants to play in a thriller genre film.

"I really want to be involved in a biographical film, a true story, or based on a true event. For example, there are many musicians or actors with amazing lives who haven't been blown up," said Onadio.

Aurora added, "Sometimes, all the characters that come to us are meant to be. So, I (look for screenplays) based on which ones feel suitable, touch my heart, and can be justified to be played. But I enjoy genres like psychological drama or thriller," she explained.

2. Romantic Like Korean Drama

Meanwhile, Beby Tsabina chose a romantic drama genre scenario. This is because she likes sweet things like those presented in Korean dramas.

"I'm confused (about what kind of scenario I want) because I will definitely see everything. I wonder if it's possible for me, how hard I have to fight to be involved. I'm just waiting for the right one. As for what I want, because I often watch Korean dramas, I want something romantic. But it doesn't rule out action or thriller," said Bio One's girlfriend.

The Star Script Hunt competition will be held from December 14, 2020, to March 14, 2021. Each of the eight selected scenarios will receive a prize of Rp 50 million!
