Arbani Yasiz Talks About the Similarities of 'SAMPAI TITIK TERAKHIRMU' with the Real Events

Arbani mentioned that Albi and Shella's family participated in the reading process up to the shooting location. Tears were shed during that moment. 

"It's similar, really similar. Because both Albi and Sheila's family also participated in the re-reading process, the big reading, and they also came to the shooting location to see us take. It was really similar. They cried multiple times because they saw the scenes," said the husband of Raissa Ramadhani.

In addition, Arbani mentioned that he wore clothes belonging to Albi to make this film feel closer to the original events.

"Some of Albi's original clothes, I wore. Shella's clothes were also made to look similar," he continued.

Arbani then mentioned that he talked a lot with Albi to deepen his character. The 31-year-old actor wanted to know details about the character Albi that he was portraying.

"I talked to him, talked a lot. We were at the office, just chatting. I also observed his demeanor, like how he is, his habits, everything. I also asked him what he used to call the late Shella, what your habits were, favorite foods, what you don't like, things like that," said Arbani.

Arbani concluded that he felt challenged by the audience's expectations regarding how similar he is to Albi, considering Albi is a figure who has been known on social media.

"I'm not scared, but it's true, it's more of a challenge. Because the person is there, some people know him, some people are aware. Many people know him from social media, all sorts of things. Maybe the challenge is how similar we are, can we resemble the original character," he concluded.
