The woman, born on August 17, 2002, recounted the touching moment while attending an event in the Pinang Ranti area of East Jakarta on Friday (26/6/2026). She mentioned that the strength of the story in this film is capable of touching the most fundamental aspects of humanity for anyone.

"At the beginning when we were reading through a full script with the cast, we were mostly crying," revealed Davina Karamoy when met by KapanLagi in the Pinang Ranti area, East Jakarta, on Friday (26/6/2026).

Davina feels that the script of this film has a very strong diction in depicting sadness. Almost the entire cast feels the same atmosphere when trying to bring the dialogues in the script to life.

"The script is made to be very sad, to the point that it makes us feel like, 'this is really sad'. So just from reading the scenario, it feels very heartfelt and has a very good moral," she said.

2. Davina Karamoy's Role in the Film

In the film "If Time Could Be Repeated", Davina Karamoy plays the main character named Dinar. Dinar is a young woman who has to face various life issues, ranging from family problems, love stories, to economic pressures.

The character Dinar has a very close relationship with her mother, Mama Endang (played by Vonny Anggraini), which is full of sacrifice and regret.

Davina is required to portray the character Dinar, who has an introverted personality, which is very different from her real-life expressive nature. Director M. Amrul Ummami chose Davina because she was deemed capable of convincingly presenting the emotional development of the character Dinar from the beginning to the end of the film.
