Eid Screening 2025, QODRAT 2 Finally Releases Official Poster and Trailer: There Will Be Surprises in the Ending Credits Later!

The screening schedule for the film QODRAT 2 has been set for Eid 2025, a timing deemed appropriate by the cast, director, and producers involved.

The good news is that QODRAT 2 will also be screened in cinemas outside Indonesia. Countries that are confirmed to screen the film include Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, and Singapore.

Once again starring Vino G. Bastian, Ustaz Qodrat will embark on a mission to save his wife Azizah (Acha Septriasa) in QODRAT 2. The film is produced by Linda Gozali, the sister of Charles Gozali. Additionally, Sunil Samtani and Dian Sastrowardoyo are entrusted as executive producers.

The cloth covering the poster board was removed after the MC led a countdown. Both the director, the actors, the producers, and the audience gave a warm applause for the official release of the poster for QODRAT 2. In the poster, Vino G. Bastian is seen trying to fight his enemy while holding a prayer bead, while Acha Septriasa, with a fearful expression, tightly clutches her shoulder. The world premiere session of the trailer for the film QODRAT 2 was held right after its official poster was shown to the public. The trailer was screened twice, with a bonus showing at the end before the music video of the film's OST was played.

In the trailer, it is revealed that Ustaz Qodrat must fight against an evil demon to save his wife from the dangers that continue to haunt her. Although it only shows a small part of the storyline, the trailer for the film QODRAT 2 successfully arouses people's curiosity to know the outcome of Ustaz Qodrat's struggle later.

Vino G. Bastian revealed that the challenges faced during QODRAT 2 lie in the recitation of the rukiah prayers and the implementation of the action scenes without the help of CGI. In the second part of this trilogy, Ustaz Qodrat will help hundreds of possessed individuals at once, requiring more recitations than in the first film.

Meanwhile, there are clips from the film QODRAT 2 that focus on the action of the actor. "In fact, in QODRAT 2, I have more practical scenes. 70% of the scenes are practical. So when I read the script, I thought, 'Wow! This is great. I can (use) CGI later.' (Then it was immediately refuted) 'No, you have to do it yourself.'" To complete the filming of QODRAT 2, more than a hundred people were needed for the possession scene at the factory. The QODRAT 2 team even held auditions for additional actors on the same day as the filming. However, it was unexpected that a mystical incident would occur at the location.

"As soon as we looked to the right (shooting point), there were 3-4 more people (audition participants) saying, 'Hah ... Huh ...' like that. 'Crazy. Incredible, right? From morning to noon, in the heat, still practicing to get the role tomorrow. Wow, we are so grateful to have so many people helping us.' We didn’t know that it was actually a real possession." Charles Gozali delivers shocking news before the trailer is shown one last time. Pay Burman, commonly known as Pay Slank, becomes the performer of the official soundtrack for the film QODRAT 2.

Together with Irang Arkad, Pay Burman sings the song Menyala Matahariku as the OST for QODRAT 2. Not only the film's cast, but the crew behind the scenes also appears in the music video for the OST.

6. Synopsis of the Film QODRAT 2

After battling Assuala in the first film, Ustaz Qodrat must face the reality that he has lost his child, Alif Al-Fathanah. He must also struggle to find his wife who is separated from him. It turns out that Azizah is now working in a factory. Previously, she had experienced depression and had to be treated in a mental hospital.
