Kapanlagi.com - Riefian Fajarsyah or popularly known as Ifan Seventeen expressed his relief. His long-awaited movie KEMARIN, which tells the story of Seventeen Band's career journey until their 'separation' due to the Tanjung Lesung tsunami incident, will be screened in all cinemas nationwide.
"I feel relieved, really relieved. Because during the production process, it coincided with my recovery process, my healing process, so I had to remember the unpleasant incident from yesterday. So I tried to stay strong because the purpose of this movie is for the kids (Seventeen)," said Ifan Seventeen at Epicentrum, Kuningan, Jakarta, on Monday (30/11).
Originally, the movie KEMARIN was scheduled to be released on April 23, 2020. However, it was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It was rescheduled to be released on August 20, 2020, but once again failed due to the ongoing pandemic situation.
Now, along with the permission for cinemas to operate with strict health protocols, the film KEMARIN produced by Mahakarya Pictures is confirmed to be screened on December 3, 2020.
"Finally, we can fulfill the dreams of the personnel, the dreams of the deceased, the dreams of this big family," said Dendi Reynando, CEO of Mahakarya Pictures.
