Kapanlagi.com - The horror film that is eagerly awaited by film lovers, KKN DI DESA PENARI, will soon be screened in cinemas, precisely on April 30, 2022. The film, produced by MD Pictures, will be directed by the famous director, Awi Suryadi.

As is known, KKN DI DESA PENARI is adapted from a viral story on Twitter with the same title. Now, if in the original version there are two different versions, will the film version also be like that?

"We will combine them into one version. Whatever is in the book, whatever the story is, that's what we will bring. Even this Simpleman story is very long, we have to shorten it to make it an interesting spectacle. The duration could be 2.5 hours," said Manoj Punjabi, founder of MD Pictures, in an exclusive interview with KapanLagi.com not long ago.

Now KKN DI DESA PENARI itself will adopt a unique format. Yes, the film starring Tissa Biani will be released in both the original and UNCUT versions.

"We have 2 versions, uncut and non-uncut, so there is a black poster for those aged 17 and above and a white poster for teenagers aged 13, so it's complete, there are variations for people who want to watch. There are some cinemas that show 2 different versions," explained Manoj again.

As the name suggests, in the Non UNCUT version, there will certainly be some scenes that are removed. The reason, of course, is due to age adjustment, because the scenes are considered inappropriate for children under 17 years old.

"There's a scene in Napak Tilas that fans have been eagerly waiting for. Well, this UNCUT version is more complete, with no cuts from the original version," he concluded.

KKN DI DESA PENARI is taken from a true story that went viral on Twitter. This film tells the story of 6 students who carry out KKN in a remote village that holds many mysteries and mystical stories.

The six students are Nur (Tissa Biani), Widya (Adinda Thomas), Ayu (Aghniny Haque), Bima (Achmad Megantara), Anton (Calvin Jeremy), and Wahyu (Fajar Nugraha). They never imagined that the village they chose to practice KKN was not an ordinary village.

Pak Prabu, the village head, warned them not to cross the forbidden gate. Their KKN program slowly fell apart. It seems that the ghostly inhabitants of the village did not like their presence. Nur finally discovered the fact that one of them broke the most fatal rule in the village. The terror of the mysterious dancer figure became even more terrifying.
