I CARE A LOT is a comedy, crime, thriller film. It tells the story of Marla Grayson (Rosamund Pike), a cold and cunning lawyer. She has a plan to spend the assets of the elderly that should be protected. Marla actively convinces the government to put the elderly in nursing homes, and then she takes control of their assets. Marla also hates people who succeed from their parents' inheritance.

One day, Marla meets Jennifer Peterson (Dianne West) as a wealthy client who has no family, heirs, and debts. Conflict arises when it is later revealed that Jennifer is not an ordinary person and can endanger Marla.

This film premiered on February 19, 2021 in the United States. Previously, this film directed by J Blakeson had already been released at the Toronto International Film Festival in Canada, September 2020. This film is also available on the Netflix platform.
