This biopic film, starring Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones, tells the story of Hawking's college years when he was writing his thesis on Black Holes. At the same time, Hawking experiences a decline in brain nerve function and is diagnosed with motor neuron disease. The story continues with Hawking and Wilde's marriage and the birth of their two children. At its peak, there was a problem that befell the small family and affected their marriage bond.

THE THEORY OF EVERYTHING made a profit of 122 million dollars (Rp 1.7 billion) and won the best actor award with Eddie Redmayne as the winner. This film also won awards at the British Academy Film Awards for Best Adapted Screenplay and Best British Film. Make sure you don't miss it!

LA VIE EN ROSE is a musical biographical film released in 2007. Starring the beautiful actress Marion Cotillard, this film tells the life of the legendary French singer in the 1940s-1950s, Edith Piaf. LA VIE EN ROSE itself is taken from Edith Piaf's hit song with the same title.

The song La Vie en Rose gained popularity because its lyrics express the joy of finding true love and as a solace for those who survived the difficult times during World War II. Her childhood and life journey until her death are portrayed dramatically in the film. 3. The Imitation Game (2014)

THE IMITATION GAME is set during World War II. It tells the story of Alan Turing's struggle as a genius who successfully cracked the enigma code and created the world's first digital computer. THE IMITATION GAME is a favorite among biopic film enthusiasts and nerds. The story begins with Turing's school days, where he is often bullied by his peers and has to face the bitter reality of losing his only friend.

When Britain declared war on Germany in 1939, Turing became part of the cryptography team with five others. His job was to crack the Nazi's secret code from the Enigma machine. Problems arose as Turing worked on his task due to his difficult nature to collaborate. However, Turing eventually managed to create his Enigma machine with the help of his teammates. It didn't stop there, as misunderstandings occurred and led to Turing being fired from his job. He was even imprisoned for his sexual orientation and underwent chemical castration.

The tragic journey of Alan Turing received attention from many people. Starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Keira Knightley, THE IMITATION GAME successfully topped the UK box office at second place after Nolan's big-budget film, INTERSTELLAR. The film also earned Rp 3.3 billion in profits. For all mathematics and Benedict Cumberbatch fans, go check Netflix to watch it!
