The series AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER will continue with its second season. Currently, Netflix is holding open casting for the role of Toph, who will debut in this second season. As announced by the AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER team, Netflix has conducted an open casting for the role of Toph. Netflix is doing this to promote new actors and actresses from around the world. With filming set to begin in the fall, teenage, blind, female actors of Asian descent are encouraged to submit their applications.
