FIRST KILL tells the story of Will Beeman, a successful stockbroker who is too busy working, causing his relationship with his son, Danny, to become strained. Feeling guilty and wanting to mend their bond, Will takes his wife and son on vacation to his hometown in Granville, Ohio.
The vacation, which was initially intended to strengthen family ties, turns into a nightmare when Will and Danny go hunting in the woods. They accidentally witness a shootout between two men. In a panic to protect himself and his son, Will shoots one of the men.
However, the incident does not end there. The man who survives the incident kidnaps Danny and forces Will to help him retrieve money from a bank heist. With his son's life at stake, Will must confront criminal threats while also facing pressure from the police who are investigating the case.
