The movie 21 BRIDGES is back on screen tonight, presenting a thrilling story about NYPD detective, Andre Davis, who tries to uncover the truth amidst a large conspiracy.

Davis, respected for his bravery, carries the burden of his past after his father was killed in the line of duty. His reputation is often misinterpreted due to the number of criminals who have died while he was on duty, even though he claims all of it was in self-defense.

1. The Robbery That Turned Into a Disaster

Michael Trujillo and Ray Jackson, two former soldiers, attempted to steal 30 kilograms of cocaine from a wine store in Brooklyn. They were shocked to find 300 kilograms of drugs inside.

When the police from the 85th Precinct arrived, Ray shot and killed seven officers and injured one other who later died. Michael was angry because this action made them major fugitives.

2. Lockdown Manhattan and the Manhunt

Davis, along with narcotics detective Frankie Burns, leads the manhunt for the two fugitives. He successfully convinces city officials to shut down Manhattan until 5:00 AM.

Michael and Ray attempt to sell their stolen goods to Hawk through intermediary Bush. However, Bush is killed by Butchco and Dugan, causing Davis to start suspecting his fellow police colleagues.
