Marvel Studios has officially released the latest teaser for AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY featuring the return of the legendary X-Men characters from the Fox films. Previously, this teaser was shown exclusively in theaters for a week as the opening of the film AVATAR: FIRE AND ASH, before finally being released online.

The teaser opens with a quiet atmosphere at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, the iconic headquarters of the mutants. The building appears empty and abandoned, giving the impression that something dark has occurred.
Magneto's voice is then heard with a meaningful dialogue: "Death will come to everyone. That is the only certainty. The question is not 'are you ready to die?' but 'who are you when you close your eyes?'"
Some iconic visual details also appear, such as Professor X's wheelchair and the floating chess pieces, reminiscent of the final scene in X-MEN: THE LAST STAND when Magneto tries to regain his powers.
The most shocking moment occurs when Xavier and Magneto finally meet again. Magneto, with long hair, is seen embracing his old friend and rival, creating a strong emotional atmosphere.
The teaser then features Cyclops in an emotional state, unleashing giant optic blasts from his visor. This scene is touted as showcasing Cyclops' greatest power in the history of X-Men films. At the end of the teaser, a giant foot can be seen stepping in the distance, which is strongly suspected to be a Sentinel, the mutant-hunting robot that is an iconic enemy of the X-Men.
Although Patrick Stewart briefly appeared as the multiverse version of Professor X in DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS, this appearance is different. AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY will be the first film to truly bring together the X-Men, Avengers, and Fantastic Four in one grand story.
Additionally, the film will also feature Kelsey Grammer (Beast), Rebecca Romijn (Mystique), and Alan Cumming (Nightcrawler). For long-time fans, their presence certainly brings strong nostalgia, considering the trio of Xavier, Magneto, and Cyclops were the main faces of the X-Men trilogy in the early 2000s that was a huge success in its time.
